Hello everyone.

Attached is the semi-final working document for the LARG team action plan for this weekend, August 24, 2014.

Please take a look at this information, forward to anyone we have missed in this list and let me know if there is anything that is missing or incorrect. This is a lot of data to manage and a lot of coordination so it is highly likely that I've overlooked something. 

Your feedback is welcomed an instrumental to a final plan. To my knowledge the full text and map data for this plan is complete. If there is anything missing in this working document it has been omitted and should be brought to my attention.

There has been a room reserved at the Reston Library for a SAG meeting. Meeting date is tomorrow, Wednesday, August 20th, 6:00-7:30 PM.

The goal of this meeting is to introduce all the SAG volunteers and the LARG coordinator (me), John Westerman, who will be leading the communications team. I will be at this meeting on Wednesday.

This Thursday during the day (time TBD) Dave Putman (KE4S) will be here to set up the APRS tracking system at NCS. If you want to be a part of that let me know and I'll do my best to keep you updated on that plan.

For the LARG members who want to participate I will hold an on-the-air meeting at 19:30 local time on the WA4TXE repeater (146.700) to discuss any questions you may have about the event. Please join me there. This meeting will last no longer than 30 minutes. I will carry this meeting into the normal HF 80 meter net so if you have traffic you would rather pass then please feel free to do so as I will be on that net as well.
