On March 9, 2019 we voted to implement a new constitution as a framework of our club going forward.
The club is currently working on changes to the constitution and bylaws to make is easier for members to participate in the leadership of the club.

The first amendments to the constitution and bylaws were adopted October 15, 2022.
First Amendment to the Constitution:
The first sentence of Article VIII of the Constitution is replaced with the following two statements.
The Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the total membership.
The Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote at a regular monthly meeting where the amendment is brought to the floor for the vote.
First Amendment to the Bylaws:
The itemized criteria for membership on the club Board of Directors is modified as follows:
1. Active member of LARG for at least 3 years immediately preceding the nomination.
2. A Board member may concurrently serve as an Officer.
4. Must have been a licensed amateur for at least 5 years and hold a current General Class (or higher) License.
The remaining qualifications documented in item 4 remain in force.
