Steve (KS1G), Paulson (KG4TIH), Dave D, and Parker met early in the morning of Saturday, Oct 5th to setup all of the radio and A/V gear for the Farmwell Middle School Amateur Radio International Space Station contact occurring during the last week of October.
The setup shown below is a full radio, antenna, audio (radio operation, question students, and video computer), video, and streaming system.

Since this is the prime season for antenna work, we took a couple rounds to discuss the progress on our individual projects. We are all hoping to finish the projects soon to be ready for the Fall and Winter seasons.

There were quite a few of us on 10 meters tonight. There were those named John and and a few others. 🙂
I was right in the middle of a bunch of directional signals. I heard everyone well as long as I was pointed in their general direction. When I did that everyone’s signal was clear and strong.
